These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services, including Software Development, Design & Product Experience, Research & Development (R&D), IT Infrastructure Setup, Cabling Solutions, Smart Hands & Feet Support, and Cyber Security services. By engaging with our services, the client agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Services Provided
Arini Technologies Ltd provides high-end IT infrastructure, UI/UX strategy, and international equipment logistics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time to maintain our standard of innovation and security.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate data for custom software development and logistics planning. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials provided and for all activities that occur under your project accounts.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a specific project contract, all original code, UI designs, and strategic frameworks developed by Arini Technologies Ltd remain the exclusive property of Arini Technologies Ltd until full payment is received.
4. Data Security & Privacy
We utilize industry-leading encryption and Zero Trust architectures to protect client data. Our use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, ensuring compliance with global data sovereignty standards.
5. Limitation of Liability
Arini Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products or logistics platforms beyond the total amount paid for the specific service.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our technology stack.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction of our company.
